'7' Posted April 17, 2004 Author Share Posted April 17, 2004 (edited) Avs in 6, finally I got a prediction right! here's the scouting report on Svatos Svatos is a very quick, shifty player. He is a very good skater, with strong acceleration and that rare breakaway speed. He is a superb puckhandler who gets into position well, and features a quick and accurate shot. He adjusted well to the physical nature of the North American game this year, and showed he was able to perform just as well under the tougher conditions. Nevertheless, weighing in at only 170 pounds is an issue for Svatos, and he will need to considerably bulk up if the NHL is in his future. Nieuwy25 Posted April 18, 2004 Share Posted April 18, 2004 There were only 2 good things about that game. 1) It was on ABC so I was able to watch it at my Mom's house. 2) Doc was announcing. Other than that . . . Dallas absolutely deserved to lose. They weren't even on the same level with Colorado. The Stars will look very, very different next year, no matter what happens with the CBA.
