Rock
Rangers and Devils Settle Nothing http://www.nytimes.com/2003/02/26/sports/h...key/26RANG.html By JASON DIAMOS EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J., Feb.
SueNJ97
So Holik should have just said at the time I'm not re-signing w/Jersey because of the arbitration hearing, and that he didn't care about winning as long as he could get his $$$ and stick it to Lou. Period. And he wouldn't do it. That's why he's THLRB, no matter how much he claims he's all about honesty.
Devil Dog
Like this was a big surprise. I suppose its a little odd that he admitted it, but it also shows he could care less what Devil fans think of him or how they feel about being lied to. I guess the Rangers are the perfect fit for him. Its just about the money and nothing else.
puck
Holik=$ellout He should have a nice long summer to contemplate his need to move on.
insanity_gallops
Now rumors of Palffy to New York? I don't buy it -- if anything, I'd think the Rangers would be looking to acquire a d-man from L.A. Holik... bah, he's not worth my words right now. Devils731
So much for all the Lou bashing over not signing Holik since he had no intention of ever coming back. -Scott
aylbert
Most fans stopped bashing him when they learned he practically matched that ridiculous salary... then he got hammered for once again being non-existant in Free Agency... then again, he signed Giroux
strutter
"It was well organized," Holik said. "I was surprised how well synchronized the people were. They must have practiced. It was well done. I have to give them credit for that." Even his attempts at humor are lame. He doesn't get it and he never will.
