Don
*sigh* Now they are talking about putting a security checkpoint to get on buses. Meaning that they will need to hire security teams to search through bags, invest in scanning equipment, buy metal detectors.... just like all the stuff at the airport. Meaning that the price of tickets will skyrocket. I use greyhound all the time to visit friends in Toronto and Montreal. How about they just get one scanning station, one security officer and one metal detector per station and only people going to Winnipeg have to go through? DevilMinder
From that story the RCMP routinely puts suspected criminals on public transportation. Scary.

But this incident appears to be the fault of the police.......the last incident could be considered a freak event. This whole security thing is getting a little out of hand.
