SatansDevils
Tuesday, May 19, 2009 WCF - Game 2 is tonight. WELCOME TO THE 2009 STANLEY CUP PLAYOFFS! WCF - Round 3, Game 2 (4)Chicago @ (2)Detroit 7:30 PM, VERSUS, TSN, RDS. (Detroit leads series 1-0) Chicago is at Detroit for game 2 where Chicago came out strong in the 1st 10-minutes of the game and had the 1-0 early lead but cound not get that second goal until the 3rd. Chicago looked like a team that was well rested for 6+ days and they should be ready for Game 2 tonight and hopefully bounce back and even this series up @ 1-1 with a win. Detroit looks to come out on their home ice and take the 2-0 series lead with Games 3 and 4 moving to Chicago. Osgood was the difference in Game 1 in the 3rd period and Cleary had two big goals in Game 1 that gave Detroit the 5-2 win. Chicago has to play a better game than they did in Game 1 and they need their young stars to carry them on the scoreboard along with solid play by some of their veterans like Havlat and Khabibulin for them to win Game 2 to even up the series and grab the home ice. Lets Go Chicago! -SD

NJDevs4978
There's no way a Conference Final against the Blackhawks wouldn't be sold out in a normal year - this isn't about apathy, this is about economy. Few cities have been hit harder than Detroit. At least OT gives me an excuse not to watch the Mets blow another one in LA

95Crash
I still can't believe how young the Blackhawks are -- and how good they are.

SatansDevils
Fvcking Detroit. Nice job there Campbell turning the puck over for the 3 on 1 for Samuelsson and Detroit to win in OT. Final in Detroit as Detroit wins Game 2 in OT 3-2 over Chicago to take the 2-0 series lead in the best of seven. Chicago's OT turnover gives Detroit game, 2-0 lead. Chicago 2 Detroit 3 F(OT) (Detroit leads series 2-0)
