Sam is emulated to what comes out of most people's rear-ends but JD is pretty good. He isn't too full on the Rangers, like deep down he knows they suck and he credits the other team a lot which I like. Sam is just pro Rangers and it is disgusting. The reason why I don't think he should be suspended is because he didn't put ALL his weight into completely crushing his head. He let up but it was still a fvcking wrong thing to do.

It was the right call. Lindros knew he was unprotected and falling YET he still bent his knees and put most of weight into his unprotected body. It was the right call, do I think he should be suspended?? No, but a major was the right call.

If there is a possible trade for Kovy that doesn't involve Elias, Little G, Gomez, Neuwy, Big 3, Marty then the deal should be done. It really depends where the Pens are at the deadline....I say if they are out of the race then Kovy is GONE and if they are out of the race because of their goaltending then the Devs will have the advantage with Ahoren to be available to be offered (thats if Lou wants to offer him) and package him with Bergy and Z then the Pens could very well jump all over that because they would be getting a solid goalie and a pretty decent Defensemen and they just might need both next year. Bergy is great, yes, but could be replaced by Foster in a second and Kovy is Kovy and would give the Devs a 1 2 punch with Elias on 1 line and Kovy on the other with Gomez and Neuwy centering one of them and then teams can not just focus on shutting down Elias or Kovy cause they would be on seperate lines. It would be like we had Mogs all over again, but a better Mogs. Elias-Gomez-Friesen Brylin-Neuwy-Kovy Pando-Madden-Little G Jimbo-Danton-Langy and when we are trailing by 1 or whatever late in the game then u move Kovy up with Elias and Gomez and that is a very dangerous line. This could all very well be possible, but just not right now. We have that lineup plus the Big 3 and Marty in net, we could very well be raising that shiny silver thing. Sure this could be a stretch, but you never know in this league. Ahoren, Bery, Z could very well be enough to get Kovy.

He's worth it tho and I think Lou would cough that up for a player who puts up guaranteed points. Seriously.

if it is between Ahoren and Nieder or Raf going, I would wanna keep the Big 3 together and trade Ahoren and Bergy and Salo and a pick for Kovy and some other guy and a pick. That would make us so unbelieveable with having Marty in goal, the Big 3 together, and Elias, Kovy, Gomez, Neuwy, and LITTLE G up front. We would be serious Cup contenders then. Ahoren, Bergy, Salo, Z, pick for Kovy, Nieminen, and Rozsival
