Hindsight is 20/20. And in fairness, neither Oduya or Bergfors were doing much of anything and we got a second rd pick in the trade that won't be much farther back than the 1st would have been. Had Lemaire known how to handle an elite player, this may have gone much differently.

True, but I question Goldberg's mobility. He plays a strict stand-up style, and I don't know how that would fly. Julie is great to the glove side, but has she ever had to make a save anywhere else? "It's the TRIPLE DEKE!!!"

We all know this, dude. And if they were playing hard and just weren't good enough and just didn't have the talent, that would be one thing. But that's not the issue. There is a definite lack of effort and cohesiveness. This team is very talented. A lot of us feel that they are wasting a golden opportunity.

I love the 'blame Marty' mentality. He played fine in games 1 and 2, amazing in game 3, and made one of the biggest saves you're gonna see tonight and the TEAM did not respond. Yeah, the 3rd goal was weak, but they only put in 1 goal for him... again. And 'Mr Disappointment' has factored in on 6 of the 9 goals the Devils have scored.

As much as this sucks for us as fans, I wonder how Dano and Stevens feel. They played their hearts out for this club and won 3 cups. To see this team so clueless must be hard for them. Anyone who sees Dano after a loss knows how much this team means to him.

Is there some special reason that our team can't hit the net? And Rolston's dump in with 5 seconds left was classic. Coward. I see a few guys on this team who already have their cup ring(s) and apparently don't want another one.
