Weekes Head
According to TSN.ca: Peca playing full game on Thursday tsn.ca Staff 11/13/2002 TSN has learned that New York Islanders captain Michael Peca will return to the lineup on Thursday to play a full game against the Boston Bruins. Peca took the opening faceoff but stayed on the ice for just 27 seconds on Nov. 2 as the struggling Islanders lost 6-1 to the St. Louis Blues. He wasn't expected back in the lineup for another month. But the Islanders thought that a cameo appearance might spark the team that is now 5-10-1. Peca suffered a torn ACL on his left knee after a controversial hit from Toronto Maple Leafs forward Darcy Tucker in the playoffs. http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/news_story.asp?ID=12...474&hubName=nhl

'7'
Peca also had some shoulder surgery done, if it wasn't for that he would've been back earlier.
Z-Man
Maybe they should take it slow..... Maybe increase his ice time from the first game.....from 27 seconds to a full minute this time
