If you scratch off three matching tiles on the same card (ex: 3 pictures of a hat), you win that prize pictured. If you scratch off three matching "tiles," you win a letter towards that prize. "S" in jersey "T" in stick "X" in fantix "T" in allstar My guess is there is just one of each, so there could not be a winner as they might not get the rest of the tiles.
