titans04 Posted October 22, 2009 Share Posted October 22, 2009 Nagy was very good, a big help. He seems to play a bigger than his size would indicate. He was strong taking the puck to the net. He will only benefit from the increased minutes imo. Caruso was better than on the weekend, he made some big saves but also gave up a lot of rebounds. Stoesz knocked mini-Rechlicz down with a solid right. He also dragged Rechlicz down behind the play with a needless hook and they cashed in on the PP 20+ seconds later. Johnstown is dreadful, the chick with the long hair (#46) needs a haircut badly. We played better, hope they can carry the momentum into the weekend against Toledo. We could use a guy like Cohen for sure, Pender really has a long long way to go just to be solid at our level. The puck seemed to be in his skates all game long and he struggled to get his shot off on the PP. Harder again looking like a guy that's hanging on, he had a clear breakaway and decided to fire a slapshot from about 15 feet out directly into the catching glove.
