CRASHER Posted May 17, 2007 Share Posted May 17, 2007 Well now that a small group of us found about 8-15 players to play regularly on Tuesdays and Thursdays up in Maplewood... anyone else wanna join us ??? it's pretty easy to get to.... if you're parkway south.... exit 141, go right, stay on Vaux Haul Road until it ends (Burnet Ave).. this is a few miles though.... go right... find the rink a little after it goes over I-78 if you're parkway north.... go to the McDonald's rest area before the Union Toll... go past the McDonald's and go up the little side ramp... right on Vau Haul Road (I think that's how you spell it).... and follow above directions any takers??? Sometimes i find that mixed floor and roller can cause some problems it's about 50/50 either way, it's the way we've always played... do whatever you are more comfortable with and it's a friendly game, so no one really cares and we are all just glad to have people there, neither goalie wears skates either and it seems the best defensive players are on feet it's hard enough finding enough people to play without the skaters coping an attitude ya know?
