Absolutely I almost think the guy blacked out for a minute and had a playing day flashback because there is no other rational explanation that doesn't involve something sinister. And if anything this is just too blatant and obvious for anyone to actually do to try to have an impact on the game or the point spread unless the guy's just a moron and didn't hide his intentions well. Too bad the SEC's been gutless and tried to sweep this under the rug. I suppose it helps that South Carolina did score on the drive anyway, otherwise they couldn't ignore it.
