How does Montreal get an A when they have underachived and the Devils get an A- when they have exceded expectations by allot?

LOL Montreal calling us boring. 1st of all props to our 4th line for whooping some Candadian ass. The hitting was very nice. Very agressive well played game by the devils.

lol it does seem like this happens allot, I'd like to see weeks or clem amass a few shutouts for their sake, especially clemmer after watching him allot when he was in Albany.

He's doing a hell of allot more than gionta right now. Gionta don't take penalties but he thinks hes brian rolston and wont go anywere near the net and just takes slapshots. Hes not a bad player I just wish people give the 4th liners a break with penalties and stuff it's going to happen they're going to take penalties, it's not going to change that's how they play get over it, I'll take clarkie over the clean lowell Devils like Bergfors any day.

Why the fvck do ppl still bang on Clarkson. You would be crazy to break up Clarkie and Rolston. Perfect match man. Clarkie is really doing a great job screening the goalie with Rolstons cannon pshhh. I also hate how people hate that he takes penalties. I don't mind the penalties, he sticks up for teamates, and when he fights the team seems to score right after that i.e Tom Kostopoulous. I know everyone here wants the skill players. Seems like some on here rather see Vrana and Bergfors than Holik, Clarkie. Teams can win with grit, we aren't the Red Wings we can't just outskill people and we score allot of garbage goalmouth goals with our bigs. And also you guys say Janssen was a sideshow, I've watched a few STL Blues games this year and the fans go crazy which results in the teams morale lifts and then better hockey. If ya don't want physical hockey tape the all-star game and Euro leagues and watch them all day. Alright now that thats off my chest 1st place baby fvck NYR!!!

It was really to much and then they were trying to act like the iles were a "Physical team" that one made me laugh. Everyone gets scared when big bad Tim Jackman laces up his skates hehehe. They looked far from physical. Seeing how the Devils had the puck in there possesion 90% of the game didn't help the Iles case either.

I had to watch that game on the Iles feed and listen to the anouncers praise the littlest things the team did right (which in all fareness you really had to dig to find) and moan about the mouttu incident. God sometimes I forget I'm spoiled listening to Doc and Chico all year.

LGD , maybe it will be a decent game. Possibly bad blood with the Mouttu incident Last time Salvador gave Jackman a facelift I wouldn't mind seeing it again.

Clemmer better be on his game because the last few games Weeks has been on fire. I have been especially impressed with Weeks glove that thing is catching everyting lately.

Im not gunna like seeing an outdoor game at "Happy Valley" would be sweet. Seeing that 110,000 fan white out for a hockey game would be quite a sight to see.

I have a feeling it will be Clark/Rupp/Pando Rotation at the least. I have a funny feeling(Tho I do like me some physical hockey) That Rupp will see the bench and turn into a Godard or Laraque who gets scratched when there isn't a heavy on the other team. I like these line combos: Langs - Zajac - Parise Ellias - Zubrus - Gionta Shanny - Madden - Rupp Clarkson - Holik - Rolston I really like Rolston and Clarkson on the same line they seem to do well together.

Specially the Sabers. I think I hate the sabers more than any non-divisional team in the league because I had to buy (actually glad I did) NHL center Ice because they broadcast the Sabers on Msg + when I live closer to Boston and NY than Buffalo. BTW what upstate school you got 2???

For reasons like this is why the instigator rule is the worst fvcking rule in the history of the NHL. I would like to see a guy like George Laraque grab ahold of him a really beat the tar out of him. Others I'd add to the list include but are not limited too: Downie, Rutuu, Hollweg, Avery Cindy Criesby.

I have been very impressed with clarkson, I'd hate to see him go to Toronto. He has 16 pts as a 3rd/4th liner. He's been scoring on the PP. He hits, Fights, agitates, scores. I think he has been great for this team. I like the Rolston/Clarkson combo. Clarkson seems to be scoring the garbage goals near the goal mouth off Rolston's rebounds lately. I would to really keep him great asset to the team.

Is it just me or does Holik play significantly less physical when there is a heavyweight on the other team. the last 2 game Holik has seemed less "nasty" with Parros and Ivannas lurking. I was also very suprised to learn that Parros has a decent Offensive game. Also Mike Rupp is really going after heavies in this road trip. Hes a top Heavyweight, I would have liked him to step up to Ivannas after he was getting rowdy. I looks like he just ain't comfortable with the Wet's elite enforcers but every time he fights Orr he pummels him. Just a thought.

Jamarcus Russel could but it would be knowere near anyone.

Being a very big fan on physical hockey I used to Hate Rupp because I felt as if he didnt realize he wasn't a scorer and he would play soft, but im really starting to like him and hes becoming one of my favorites to watch. I would have liked to see him get a hold of Dustin Brown but I guess pounding Greene was a good consolation prize.

Now I wouldn't really be suprised If we send Clarkson/Leblond or Leach (any package of decent tough players) To Toronto after Brian Burke already made the move for Brad May. This would piss me off because I don't like Rupp. It seems like he has to be persuaded to play physical, like Sutter has to promise Scooby Snacks to him if he Hits and Fights, But if it means Kaberle then I guess im for it.

I got it for Xmas, It was a good book but I would agree that it had no flow. Hes a normal person which I think doesn't make it as enjoyable. Now if a guy along the lines of a Bob Probert wrote a book it be more intresting. A lil off topic but I also read Slash's (GNR guitarist) book and that was fun because he was on all kinds of drugs and he was a weirdo. I think Riley Cote should write a book cuz hes a crazy sob. (If he has enough braincells from taking beatings left).
