I said Congrats to msweet for having a conversation with Zubrus and reporting it after the season. Then I said, since we were on the topic of Zubrus, that it was time for the Devils to dump Zubrus unless he agrees to sign for one year at $1M. So what's wrong with that opinion. Zubrus hasn't delivered for the Devils. He has played like a 3rd or 4th line player but was used higher because of the absence of 1st and 2nd line players with the Devils. Devils fans, which I consider myself as one, but most have their head stuck in history, not me. NHL Hockey is all about what are you delivering this year, not yesterday's new, records and history. Because it is the CUP year to year. Be impressed with the Detroit and Boston organizations today. Looks like LA is stepping up with them. Pittsburgh is a player.
