There was a pretty big group of fans there and then the PR guy came out and said practice was a no go. I then heard someone say they (the players) were being yelled out. My friend who works there wasn't aware that they weren't going to take the ice. He said it was ready for them and that he had just put out the nets. Oh well... I was at last season's game in Pittsburgh (boxscore here) where the whole game seemed to go like that on the way to the Devs losing 6-0.
