SatansDevils
This is a big division game and there was no way Brodeur would sit for this game. Brodeur has had two good games over Colorado and Florida and not many shots he faced in both games, so he will be ready to go vs. the Flyers. It would be nice to see the Devils beat up the Flyers the same way they did over Florida. http://njmg.typepad.com/devilsblog/ Brodeur will start again Sunday against FlyersIt will be three games in four days for Martin Brodeur. After facing only 17 shots and having a pretty easy afternoon in a 7-2 win over Florida today, Brodeur will be back in net for Sunday afternoon's showdown with the Philadelphia Flyers. The Flyers are in second place in the Atlantic Division, seven points behind the Devils. "Marty is fine," Devls coach Brent Sutter said after today's game. "He's good to go tomorrow. With as much work as he's had in the last two games, it's actually worked out pretty well."
Prucenterrules
I thought he would play, he only faced 17 shots today.
nmigliore
I dont think there was ever any doubt he would start, whatever the workload today would've been.. Theres no way he would play vs FLA and not play vs PHI. If they had ANY plans of him sitting it would have been today.

MadDog2020
Poor Weekes, he will never see the light of day again. I don't know about that. I could see Weeksie starting the Toronto game Tuesday.
Devil Fan
I think Weekes will start one of the 5 games between March 17-25th (5 games in 7 days, stupid NHL), including back-to-back games. So, I think Weekes should be mentally ready for one of those 5 games, possibly 2 of the five.
