Don Posted April 20, 2007 Share Posted April 20, 2007 You gadda like that.... with Elias and Parise in the dressing room for repairs, Rupp and Greene combine for a goal. Pretty much an even period. Which is good. St. Louis, Vinny and Brad are going to tire late in the game, so if we can come out tied or ahead early that is good news. The powerplay looked pretty pathetic, but the PK looked good. Swede Posted April 21, 2007 Share Posted April 21, 2007 first game i get to see in a while (lots of work, and it's 3:40 am here) a few comments I'm missing the devils defensive arrogance that you would see in the playoff in the past... yes its 2-0, but in no way is the defense dominating... maybe i hold them to too high standards. also, i'm listening to the tampa feed and i don't get why commentators in the NHL get to rank down on the refs all the time. Clear the front, let Marty see it - everything is looking much better! I agree with an earlier post, if we had less Swedish and more Finnish, we'd be up like 5-0. Nice to see Marty is back.
