Ok Ok maybe I'm not the whole truth... The Argentinians didn't drug the whole Brazil team. What they did the put some "drugs" on some of their own water bottles and instruct the players to offered this "druged water" to the Brazilians. They only managed to get one Brazilian to drink the water, it was Branco, and the bottle was offered by none other then the infamous Diego Maradona. After the game the controversy arose because of the video showing Maradona giving a bottle to Branco, after Branco gav back the water, Maradona got a new bottle and drunk from the new bottle. This controversy went on until 2005 when the Argentinian head coach admitted the whole plot. The game was in the quarter final of the 1990 World Cup. Brazil lost by the score 1x0. Sure you can't say Brazil lost just because one drugged player but still. You probably can find the video on the youtube.

I Just remember one soccer match BTW Brazil vs Argentina, in which the argentinians managed to put some kind of "drug" on the water bottles of the Brazilians. Surely enough Argentinians won the match. We could do this every three games, so at least we have a chance :whistling: :troll1: I know , I know but at this point I don't know what the Devils are gonna do to manage to get some wins.

If this was soccer at the end of the seassom we would not received a first round pick overall... we would get kicked out of the NHL and relegated to the AHL...

I just got word that the short "Broken Clouds" by Yuri Alves, will Premier in Newark at the "Esporte clube Portugues" on November 11. There is no fee for the event but a $10 donation is suggested. After the screening will two after parties one at Hells kitchen the other at Monpau. the short is about 20 min long, it was filmed mostly in NWK.

All right guys/gals this is the first NJDEVS Secret Santa (Secret Devil ) if you prefer. I'm starting this event mostly because I had many good experiences on past web based Secret Santa's on other board... How it will work?? Actually is really simple, the participants register themselves on a website, that website will at the designated day make the draw, and give you the name and adress of your secret santa, after that is really simple just mail the gift out to your secret santa. Why making a internet based secret santa unstead of a real life secret santa?? As much as me and most of people of this board would love, to have a meet up in some place before a game to do the reveal of the secret santa, that alternative would highly limited the number of people who could actualy participated, so we are going to do "By mail secret santa" so this way everybody on this board can participated no matter where they live. In the last 5 games 134 shots fired only 5 goals. This is like my CoD stats 300shots fired and 10 hits. In other words we both suck

Oh man I already have a oath with me soccer to get a Tattoo if my soccer team endup winning this season championship, 2 months ago we were second to last, battling to save our asses from eminent relocation to the second division. Today we are in 5º battling to at least get a spot for the "Libertadores da America" If all goes well this time next year I will be having 2 tattoo in my back. I'M IN :burn:
