i'd be ok with kariya for a few years. it won't happen but it would be nice.

now i see why they wanted season ticket holders to pay so early this off-season. this is one hell of a way to enter prudential center. on the bright side at the current rate we should have a top 10 pick in the draft.

i stopped reading after i saw that he would sign rafalski for elias type money if he had to.

i highly doubt cujo would sign for just about the league minimum so it isn't happening. i think clemmy can handle 10-12 games and come out with an even record. it's hard to judge him since you can't expect any goalie to play well when they play once every three months. he showed a little something when marty went down last year. he isn't great but for a backup who should play 10-12 games he would do fine.

i called and got a little bit of info about partial plans for next year: basically the guy i spoke to said if you have a credit from the playoffs it's best to just ask for a refund now due to them not knowing about the partial plans and what price range they will be sold in for next year. if you get a refund now you are still considered a current partial plan holder. i asked about $10 season tickets and was told they aren't being offered. not a ton of info but a little bit.

kariya is who they should push hard for. i would have liked him here last year but obviously with everything it wasnt happening. if he would come east for 3 years they should do it. he would cost just about $5 mill a season which should be do-able.

how much did kariya make this season with nashville? reading the paper today it said it would take $4- $5 mill to sign him. i'd seriously think about it especially since gomez is gone.

when the playoff tickets arrived it said that in the letter that came with them. i think the deadline is june 11th.

i know money talks and that new season holders will get priority over me. my concern is that if when the partials come up (which won't be until probably late july) if they say you have to sit in lets say $70 seats. i'm not willing to pay that much for a regular season game, my max would be $32 a ticket. do they hold onto my money for the entire season since they say if you want a refund you have to let them know by mid june? i guess i'll just call and see what they say.

how can every seat in the $10 to $32 range be sold out if they aren't selling $10 seats to season ticket holders? since i will have a $700 credit after this season i guess i'll request a check this time since i doubt they will let me sit in the $25 seats for a partial plan if this article is true. i find this hard to believe that they aren't holding back seats for partials in every price range. guess if it's true though i won't be attending many if any games next season.

besides gomez and rafalski who else is a free agent?

i wouldn't mind if both gomez and rafalski don't get resigned.

the team needs to make some changes during the off season. they have shown that when push comes to shove they can't get it done. i have no idea what they can or will do though. probably be the same team minus gomez.

with 4 sections of $20 seats i don't see them all being sold to season ticket holders. i think many will be in the $32 and up tickets. Some will be $25 and lower but i'm sure there will be seats left for the partial plan holders.
