Ugh....that's all I can say about the Cowboys game...again they controlled the whole game only to fall short in the closing minutes....It is completely insane and it is easy to blame Bledsoe but again the play calling is really at fault...Peyton calling the plays is horrible...although the flea-flicker (which was ultimately botched) was a decent call at the time there just seemed too many times on third and long that they ran it...too many times on second down where they ran instead of passed...second down is a given free for all...run or pass...but they seemed to run it every time which always set up a third down where everyone knew it had to be thrown and Bledsoe would get sacked...our offense has the potential to be amazing...we have a slew of backs that can run or catch and three top notch receivers..not to mention a QB who is ranked among the top this season...horrible horrible play calling has been the issue this season in my opinion!!!

That's great! I would love to use a tablet PC...all my work is done by mouse...its a bit more difficult and I would love to see what I could do otherwise but again, I'm glad I'm helping to rekindle the creative spirit

Awesome NJay! Hope its going to be a good one to watch....I'm hoping to get to a game soon this season...it'll be my son's first...he's only 2 but he gets excited when he sees the "Wed Debils" (that's what he calls 'em) on TV! Here's hoping the hits are good, the turnovers are few, and the offense is in sync! GO DEVILS!!!!!

I kinda felt the same way about that game... Cortez is just TERRIBLE... how do you sign a kicker that got cut from San Fran last year for missing extra points I'm happy we won the game (like I said it makes up for the Skins loss) but little else was good in this game for me... but hey any win without Julius (cause Anthony Thomas is DISMAL!!) I guess I should take and be happy my QB looks like an MVP <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I know what you mean about Cortez...I'm shocked they've kept him around but that kick in OT earned him another game next week I guess...Even with the ugly play the Cowboys had the Giants number the whole game...it was almost like watching the Eagles game up until the end of the third quarter...the only difference was the Cowboys turnovers....just bad plays but hey if they can do that and get away with it this week then so be it...The worst part of the game is the fact that Crayton went down with an injury...I read he left the locker room in a cast and most likely broke his ankle....since that is about a 6 week recovery then the Cowboys will probably put him on IR and hope Price can step up in his place (which I'm hoping because I really really think good things can happen with Price and Bledsoe) But it's nice to see the RB's step up in Jones' absence as well as Bradie James stepping up for Nuygen...

Oh man oh man!!! Cowboys leading the East...now that's what I'm talking about...Overall they played a great game. They shot themselves in the foot a few times but the D played outstandingly. More points should have been scored because we are capable...but hopefully the Offense will get back on track against Seattle...the D just needs to keep doing what they are doing...only longer...because NY shouldn't have scored that TD...anyway a win is a win and things are looking good for my Cowboys!! Props to Keyshawn...who will now be known as Mr. Clutch...amazing catch...behind the back off the tip and pulled in before he got hit...just amazing!

I wouldn't mind seeing Suglobov as well as a few others called up...I think the main thing the Devils are missing isn't really passion but rather chemestry...I just don't think they know each other as far as on the ice...they seem like they are lost...passes are clicking and it's like they are struggling just to pull off a decent play (which we haven't really seen them pull off yet) but it is early in the year so the chemistry should come but I think with having to get some cap room for Elias when he returns it would be better to do what you can now so we CAN start building up that chemistry..its no good to start getting it only to lose some players when Elias comes back.

I just opened the site 2 days ago. And your saying there is no need to open aanother site? I do what I want and I will continue to run my site. And when it gets big I will change the name. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I agree...I mean whether it's needed or not is relative...I started a blog about two months ago and hardly get any hits to it but so what..its just a creative outlet that I can put the energy I want into it. If you are looking to make it big with a Devil's forum when there are a few really good ones already then its just going to be tough is all. I agree completely...especially with the Parise - Gionta - Kozlov thing....Kozlov is a big guy who plays flashy...they need an enforcer type kinda like the Devs had with the "A" line...Arnott could still play but when they needed a hit they could get it from him (for a while anyway). And I know Martin is out but I'm not sure who (probably Lou) thinks in this "new" NHL we can bring up a slow, very low skilled D-man to fill in for one of our most productive defensemen this year and still win. At least Hale could have compensated for the loss of Paul Martin a little better.

If you have a newer version of Photoshop then the best thing isn't to get actual pics of flames but rather download brushes at deviantart.com (they have excellent brushes and tutorials) and then learn how to make your own flames...it really isn't that hard at all and besides it give you more control with what you make....the best example I can give of the type of brushes you can get that look like flames are the same brushes that were used on the Devils website for their new Wallpapers...its all just brushes It makes things alot easier...I mean take a look at my sig...the "clouds" around the base of the logo is just one click of the mouse with a cloud brush...

Apparently...from what I gather anyway FSNY2 seems to only be "on" when there is appropriate reason...like last weeks game for example. Anyone watching MSG got to hear the Rangers commentary while if you switched to (comcast in Toms River area channel 97) FSNY2 then you would hear the Devils commentary and it also had better picture quality if you ask me. Now I don't know if this will be like this for all Devils games but i mean it would hurt to switch on over to that channel at game time just to check! OH AND GOOOOOOOO DEVILS!!! And a quick prediction...I think the first Devils goal of the game will be Langs...but only after a powerplay goal by the Rangers!! Just a prediction.

Thanks everyone....glad it was liked but I completely understand...but seeing as how in my 2:30am daze I forgot to save before I merged all the layers and thus will have to redo the logo from scratch I'm not sure if its really worth the trouble ...hehe...but anyway again I'm glad it was liked!!

Well, it's about 2:30am here in Jersey and I couldn't sleep so I (for reasons completely unknown to me ) I decided to take a crack at the banner on the main page...It started out as just an updated version of the main logo (for a sig or something) but then I took a crack at redesigning the whole banner...not that there is anything wrong with the current banner or logo but I couldn't sleep and was bored so let me know what you think... I'd say my biggest surprise would be Kozzy...he's been very very good offensively...strong and moving the puck around nicely and last night it showed with a great game winning assist...And second would be Paul Martin...He's been looking very good to me out there the three games we've played..and has contributed on a couple of big goals as well...the first game I would have said little G but actually he comes close to my biggest dissapointment...(I'm sure this will upset most but) with the exception of a great first game, little Gionta has been just as effective as Langs...sure he hasn't taken any penalties but at least last night I saw three or four times when I was thinking "wow, that guy is hustling tonight" only to see a big 15 on his back...Langs, despite lack of point production has been a grinder all the way and the only thing I'm dissapointed about him is how badly he's getting written off in here. But don't get me wrong, Gionta is a great player and I'm definetely getting his Jersey next but he's just been a non factor the past two games to me...especially when we got dominated by a BIG Flyers team!

Ahh, i remember it like it was yesterday It started for me when I moved to NJ...I had been talking to this girl online for a long time all the while I was living in TX...I didn't really care for hockey however my step brother played and so it kinda got me into watching a bit but more importantly playing the NHL games on Sega. That introduced me to Roenick when he was back with the Blackhawks. Well, when I did decide to move up here my, now fiancee, said she wanted to take me to a game. The game happened to be against the Coyotes...who now had Roenick on their team...I wasn't really too hyped about the game but I had an open mind especially since I was going to see the man who many a time I had beat my snotty little step brother with, I mean she briefed me about the Devils and their players...Gomer was a rookie then and since he was really the first hispanic player in the NHL and I'm from TX I could appreciate (being half hispanic myself) that and designated him my "favorite" player. Well a little into the game I jokingly said the only way I was going to enjoy this game was if I saw a fight. Well a few things happened that night...Gomer had a nice goal, and Oliwa got into this awesomely brutal fight and Elias had a breakaway goal...From then on, Elias (after making a sweet deke to score on the breakaway) was my favorite player and Devils hockey was a new love!!! Now my fiance and I have a wonderful 2yr old son together and we are planning on taking him to his first game this season!

I know what you mean...he's got two hot daughters and comes across as that "I touch myself thinking about them" look to him doesn't he....especially after the comment... hehehe bu-hymen...that's great!

I'm going to give it to Parise...seems obvious I guess but I think he'll come out with guns blazin' especially with Almo out the first game or so.

Oh i can definitely see him as a Michael Irvin lite....and Irvin said several times he went down at the one just so Smith could get a TD...Remember the season where Emmitt was on pace for the TD record in a season...last game Irvin gets the ball runs like 40 some odd yards, no one around him...tip toes out at the one just so Emmitt could break the record...now that was T-E-A-M!!! Ahh the good ole days! OH yeah sleeping tiger...HAHA!! Apparently you didn't watch any of the cowboys 11 losses last year with Vinny at the helm Even if Vinny only loses half that many at the helm with the Jets you are still looking at a total of 8 or 9 losses...but who knows...Vinny is only like 80 and my grandpa can throw a football pretty well too!
