Derek21
Anyone watching? It's very tight and there's 6 and a half to go in the third. No score. It has the feel of a 2 or 3 OT game. We'll see what happens.
JerseyDevil
I'm watching. Though the longer this game goes on I think it beifits St. Louis. Edited April 9, 2004 by JerseyDevil

Jas0nMacIsaac
That was an excellent game, good checking game. I think Cheechoo, Thornton and Ricci is he best 3rd line in the playoffs....they are slow but man are they an old style hockey line.
Derek21
I didn't find that game boring at all. It was tight checking but both teams took turns dominating. The goalies both played great. Too bad I missed the sudden death goal coming home from work . Glad San Jose won. devilsrule33
Stubbs just can't appreciate hockey then without so many chances and goals.
LizDevil30
You know what though, if this was a Devils playoff game, you can be sure every media person would be screaming to the high heavens how boring it was. But it was Blues/Sharks so the scoreless three periods were exciting. (I didn't watch the game, so I can't comment on its snooze factor or lack thereof.) expect_the_unexpected
yeah, i was going to say that. i only saw the first period. began with a flurry of shark chances but the rest of the period... very little scoring chances, very little shots on goal. btw did anybody see the pregame? Those shark fins that were ''swimming'' on the ice, how do they work? Are they like remote controlled toys with wheels under them? And was the ice lime green colored to begin the game on your TV (to those who saw it)?

LetsGoDevils
Danton made his post-season debut in Thursday's playoff opener with the Sharks, the St. Louis post-Dispatch reports. Danton has seen sparse playing time since returning from a shoulder injury. His ice time waned before the injury, but when he came back, he played fewer than 9 minutes in each of the three games. Blues' head coach Mike Kitchen said Danton's play wasn't up to snuff. Aww..play isn't up to snuff. Punk.
