Round 2, Game 6 (2)Washington @ (4)Pittsburgh 7:00 PM, VERSUS, CBC, RDS. (Pittsburgh leads series 3-2) (3)Vancouver @ (4)Chicago 9:00 PM, CBC, VERSUS (JIP). (Chicago leads series 3-2) There is one game in the ECSF and one game in the WCSF match ups being played tonight. *Both games are possible elimination games in Game 6 for Washington and Vancouver. Pittsburgh and Chicago win, they will advance to the ECF and the WCF* Washington is at Pittsburgh and there is no tomorrow for Washington if they lose Game 6 tonight. Washington lost another tough OT game on home ice in Game 5, look to bounce back tonight with a win and force a Game 7 back home in the Rock The Red. Pittsburgh had a big win in OT in Game 5 on the road and now look to close out this series tonight on home ice in Game 6. This series has been a battle and Washington needs to win this game to go to that 7th and final game of the series in back to back rounds. Washington looks to get it done and will play desperate hockey tonight. Hopefully looking forward to a Game 7 in Washington on Wednesday night. Time for Ovechkin to get some support help on the scoreboard by Semin, Backstrom and Green tonight. Win or go home Washington. Vancouver is at Chicago where Vancouver has lost the momentum in this series bigtime and there is no tomorrow for them as well if they lose Game 6 tonight. Vancouver was taking dumb penalties late in the 3rd in Game 5 that lost them that game and maybe the series. Vancouver looks to bounce back with a win tonight and force a Game 7 back home on Thursday night. Chicago seems to be rolling right now and took over this series in Game 5, look to close this series tonight on home ice and go to the WCF. This series has been a tight one and tonight Chicago could end it for good. It is win or go home for Vancouver tonight in Game 6. Washington will have a remaining PP to start the 2nd and need to play with more desperation if they want a Game 7 in Washington. Wow. Washington is barely breathing and needs to win this game in the OT or they go home. Washington is 0-2 in this series in OT with both GWG going off of their own players. CMON WASHINGTON!!! Exactly. Had the officiating been like it should be, impartial the Pens would have been eliminated by the Flyers, same as last year really.
