Devilsdude530
I'm 16, all I know about John Ziegler is that Steve Somers once harrassed him on air at 3 in the morning. Explain please.
puck
Ziegler was a joke and the NHL has apparenlty not planned well and look to be returning to his ill formed ways
MadDog2020
Somers just said they're probably moving game 1 to Saturday and game 2 to Monday.
PeteyNice
I dont understand why this is so hard. You would think they would have schedules for all possible scenarios ready to go.
Z-Man
Somers just said they're probably moving game 1 to Saturday and game 2 to Monday. OH GOD PLEASE let this be true!!! I am going to the Preds games 1 & 2 Friday at 7pm and Sunday at 12pm.
devilsrule33
The games should be shown on TSN for everyone in Canada. Pierre McGuire has said that if the Devils play the Rangers, he will be covering the games. Edited April 19, 2006 by devilsrule33
Triumph
Somers just said they're probably moving game 1 to Saturday and game 2 to Monday. Let this not be true - I'm out of town for half the weekend and won't be able to see a game, and I'd rather have it be Game 2 than Game 1. Unless Game 1 is on Saturday afternoon. NJDevs26
I dont understand why this is so hard. You would think they would have schedules for all possible scenarios ready to go. Far be it for me to defend the NHL but honestly there were like six different scenarios just involving the Atlantic Division teams and basically all of them were possible in the last three hours - any one of the Atlantic teams could have played the Sabres and every one of the Atlantic teams could have been home against any of the others. There were also a couple different scenarios involving Ottawa and Carolina with Montreal and Tampa. They did have the advantage of the West playoffs being all set but I would imagine dealing with two different networks also plays into it as well. Devilsdude530
It's very probable, because Detroit and Edmonton will be playing Friday/Sunday, and NBC wants to show the Wings on one day and the Rangers on the other.
devilsrule33
I know for a fact Ottawa-Tampa start on Friday and Carolina-Montreal start on Saturday. I guess the NHL hasn't decided on the other two games yet. Edited April 19, 2006 by devilsrule33
