Voros19
White, Rachunek, Vishnevski, and Brookbank is a pretty physically imposing defense. A far cry from what we had last season.
nmadd
Too bad we'll miss Pando for the game against the Rags, but better than him coming back to early and injuring himself further, of course. Hopefully he'll be fine by the end of next week.
xxchaznjxx
i'm glad brookbank is back in. i liked the way he's played this season and i don't mind having a little more muscle on the ice.
Triumph
White, Rachunek, Vishnevski, and Brookbank is a pretty physically imposing defense. A far cry from what we had last season. I know Rachunek is big, but he plays at Rafalski's size. But yeah, it is an upgrade from the Easter Island statue also called David Hale. Oduya plays physical himself though - Oduya and Brookbank are pretty much equals. Less of Brookbank's mistakes have been of the 'oh god!' variety though, but he makes plenty - icing the puck too often, being WAY out of position. stevestevens
I really like Brookbank, good to see him stay in lineup. Ill miss Pando though

Devil Fan
with Oduya out, the chance of winning tonight's game is significantly higher.

Less of Brookbank's mistakes have been of the 'oh god!' variety though, but he makes plenty - icing the puck too often, being WAY out of position. There's a difference though. Oduya may attempt to play physically, but he he will still get pushed around and thrown off the puck like a rag doll. Teams with a good forecheck will eat him up. That doesn't occur with Rachunek or Brookbank, who are strong on their skates and can handle bigger forwards. If Brookbank wasn't the slowest player on the ice at all times, he'd look a lot better.
