'02 was a disappointing playoff series, and I think we could have faced a peewee team in '06 and still lose (after beating the Rags in the first round we seemed spent). Why does everyone still think this? Is it not lost on everyone we had an entire week off between the two series? Carolina won that series in game 2 when Lukowich failed to put Staal on his ass. It really had nothing to do with being spent. It had everything to do with running into a red-hot goaltender named Cam Ward and a team of destiny.
