There are 6-games on tap tonight.

There were 2-games with the EC vs. WC matchups last night with MIN lost to TBL and MTL won over PHX as the EC went 2-0 over the WC head to head.

There are 4-games with the EC vs. WC matchups tonight with MIN @ WSH, CGY @ BUF, LAK @ ATL and TOR @ CHI.

EC vs. WC - WC leads 38-30 over the EC.

NY Islanders at Carolina (MSG+) 7:00 PM

Minnesota at Washington (CNSW) 7:00 PM

Anaheim at Columbus (FXSO) 7:00 PM

Calgary at Buffalo 7:30 PM

Islanders had a 3-0 lead after the 1st period and Carolina came all the way back to tie the game @ 3-3 with 2:21 to go in the 3rd to force OT and Kyle Oposko scores the GWG in OT with :14.4 seconds to go to beat Carolina 4-3. carolina gets a point but loses their 14th straight game in a row.

Washington regains the top seed in the EC with the 3-1 win over Minnesota.

Anaheim/Columbus in the SO right now tied @ 2-2.

Atlanta is crushing Los Angeles 5-0 in the 3rd.

Chicago is up 2-0 over Toronto in the 2nd.

Not sure if anyone checked out the Isles/Canes game (I didn't watch every minute, but saw some of it, including the OT winner by the Isles). What I saw:

The 'Canes are slow. Real slow. For much of the game they looked every bit as bad as their record.

They were lucky to get a point...the tying goal by Carolina was a total softie on Biron's part.

Obviously I can't ever feel sorry for a team that has had the Devils' number in the playoffs, but the fact that their players, coach, AND fans are STILL as whiny as ever makes it impossible.

That crowd wanted a win soooooooooooooo bad. It was great to see that "not again" look on all of their faces as Okposo scored.

14 in a row...damn...this is like 1983-84 Devils bad. That team started off 2-20-0.

Columbus wins in the SO and the game 3-2 over Anaheim.

Final in Atlanta as Atlanta destroys Los Angeles 7-0.

Chicago now up 3-0 over Toronto in the 2nd.

Calgary/Buffalo tied @ 1-1 in OT.

Toronto Phil Kessel scores and its 3-1 now Chicago in the 2nd. One of the three goals by Chicago was scored by John Madden his 3rd goal of the season.

Calgary/Buffalo now headed to the SO still tied @ 1-1.

Final in Chicago as Chicago hangs onto the 3-2 win over Toronto.

All games are final from tonight.

Kovalchuk powers Thrashers to dominant win over Kings.

Hawks survive late flurry by Leafs for win.
