Al12
I will once again site the source : http://nhltraderumours.com -Witt will be moved on deadline day to most likely the Vancouver Canucks. The Leafs have a lot of interest, and Witt has said he wouldn't mind going there. Read more details on the site, there is some interesting stuff. -Joseph may be moved on deadline day as the yotes aren't looking playoff-bound. Edmonton is a possibility, maybe Vancouver. Also, something to add, Ryan Miller won't be going to Turino, he is staying home despite being on the taxi squad. There is also something interesting about what Canada can do with their taxi squad on the site, I would check it out, especially if you are Canadian. MantaRay
Cujoke has played himself pretty much out of Phoenix I can't see anyone being interested in him. He got no interest when he was a free-agent this year and had to sign with Phoenix for cheap. Witt- Who cares anymore.
Al12
Witt- Who cares anymore. Yeah, after all, he won't be going to the Devils,
MantaRay
I don't think we need him anymore. Matvichuk has played great since November, Hale looks better and better each game and Martin is starting to come around in the past few weeks. Rafi and Whitey are solid. Witt is going to be asking too much money so he is a lesser priority.

Cujo's had a pretty good season considering he's on a mediocre Phoenix team. 22 wins and respectable numbers, excluding the 3 times he got absolutely shelled. For $900K, I could see teams inquiring about him to bolster their goalie depth come playoff time.

Eh his numbers look okay cause he was playing like an MVP candidate the first six weeks or so of the season (GAA of around 2.1, save percentage around .930) since then he's completely crapped out. Vinnie
The Canucks could use Joseph...Auld/CuJo is better than Auld/Nothing.
Satans Hockey
The Canucks could use Joseph...Auld/CuJo is better than Auld/Nothing. That's just what the Canucks need, another goalie who chokes during the playoffs. Ive seen enough off Cloutier doing that I don't need to see Cujo doing it as well.(I like the Canucks)

Auld should be the starter in the playoffs barring a blockbuster deal, but he will run out of energy in the playoffs if the Canucks don't get another goalie that can actually play in the NHL. LOTCB
Also, something to add, Ryan Miller won't be going to Turino, he is staying home despite being on the taxi squad. Good. Would rather see Miller stay home and get rest....good job USA by sending 4 goal DiPietro to Turino
bruins4777
auld's been GREAT in the past few games, after that rough patch of 5 or so games, he's REALLY rebounded. cujo was playing well again, but the past 2 games he was awful again. also his contract is layered with incentives, it goes up to 3.5 million or somethimg
LOTCB
I think if you are the Canucks....no reason to make a deal for a G unless its a major upgrade...is a guy like Cujo, Biron (using him as an example) etc enough of an upgrade at this time? Not really. Now if Luongo is available...then thats a whole other story.
bruins4777
the canucks need a backup, auld played something like 16 straight games, then they played oulette and he got lit up for 6. but crow kills backups
Derek21
If the Canucks were smart, they'd get rid of Bertuzzi already. It's obvious he needs a change. Auld's actually been pretty good.
Devil Fan
Nj doesn't need Cujo. But Cujo wants to be in NJ since he hasn't hoisted the cup ....yet. In Phoenix, very very unlikely. For Witt, I don't like his attitude. he should learn that from Weight. Keep asking for trade, trade trade. How come he never does that when the Caps are winning???? If he hates losing, beat it up!!!! Never trouble somebody when you can do it yourself!!!!
insanity_gallops
If the Canucks were smart, they'd get rid of Bertuzzi already. It's obvious he needs a change. They really need to break up Bertuzzi-Morrison-Naslund. That line hasn't produced anywhere near the expected amount. Bertuzzi and Naslund should each be around 30 goals with the new rules. I don't know what's going on out there (although Naslund has had a nagging groin injury throughout the season), but there needs to be a change. bruins4777
they had ruutu for a bit and it worked kind of. Naslund hasn't been skating strong, and thusly his shot has been really weak. Morrison takes about a million hooking penalties and was on the third line for a while. bertuzzi is just an inconsistent bum. that line is just randomly flipped around, they kind of broke it up. annabelle
I think that Cujo would be a great acquistion for any club...for the bargain basement price he's coming with anyhow.. I know Van City needs a backup for...i cannot beleive i'm saying this...Auld, there's no way Auld can sustain this crazy sched, he'll just choke in the playoffs like he did in Manitoba last year...(ba$tard!!!! ) As for Bertuzzi, who knows what he needs, he just seems to be floating around out there lately, obviously if his buddy Naslund isn't playing well Todd isn't able to step it up...And people can say whatever they want about Naslund but he is playing injured and has been for awhile, but yeah something needs to be done with Bertuzzi...swift kick in the a$$ perhaps??
