Blackjack
I saw this Russian Sergei Brylin Jersey on Ebay and was thinking about grabbing it. Just 'cause it would be a little different from all the #4s and #30s you see at CAA and because I love Brylin's heart. It would be a little weird wearing a jersey that says CCCP with hammer and sickle on the front though.
vadvlfan
Is it an authentic Jersey? made in the USSR. I didn't think Brylin played for the Russian Army team. But it is a cool Jersey, I'd like it myself. Vince

Blackjack
There's also an Elias Czech jersey floating around, and a Fetisov, as well as most other USSR/former USSR players (no Mogilny though). think the jersey could be from juniors if Brylin never played for the Russian Army team? btw, the guy has a bunch of them because every time one is sold there is another auction, so if you want one I wouldn't pay more than the opening bid. '7'
he never played for the national team, and I don't think I've ever seen this jersey before, but it's still pretty cool. I don't know, Brylin might've been too young to wear the hammer and sickle, or maybe not.
M.
Brylin played for CSKA Moskow. He did play for the national team in the Junior Championships but that's a different jersey and he wore #13. These jerseys are ok if you get them cheap. Don't overpay because they're pretty much ripoffs. If you want to see what authentic replicas look like goto www.russianjerseys.com or www.dgisports. Chort
This sweater is not even an accurate replica. They sell these on the Arbat and in airport. M is correct, RussianJerseys.com has a great selection. The price will be more than ebay though. I bought a Fetisov CSKA replica from there 3 years ago. M.
Here is a link to another good source for Russian replicas. You can order a Brylin from here and it's not that expensive. Best thing is they're pretty good with the actual numbers the players wore and the name can be printed in either language. http://hockeyground.safeshopper.com/8/29.htm?
