emptynet
Eyewitnesses have spotted Greg Louganis at the Carolina Hurricanes practice for Wednesday nights game. Louganis was apparently brought on to the Canes staff to perfect their "diving" style of play. Later in the practice several soccer players were also seen practicing with the Canes to really perfect their embelished falls.

Jimmy Leeds
I'm sure it was brought up, but I thought a sniper was on the catwalk and took out Brind'Amour, when they called interference on Langenbrunner. And the Award goes to.......................

The fact of the matter is that Brind'Amour's dive did not cost the Devils the game, but it was disgraceful nonetheless. When will officials in this league ever call diving penalties on their own? pattyelias
But it prematurely ended a power play. Which has clicked how many times this series? The Devils had this game and threw it away. I refuse to blame the referees. If you have a lead with 20 seconds to go in the 3rd you are supposed to win that game. No excuses.

I thought calls were going to be made at any time.

Masked Fan
As much as the Brinda DIVE didn't cost the game, the DIVE to give the PP to the Panes and get them tied was costly and :bs: :anger:
