weekes will be able to hold the fort for these 3-4 months. either way the d needs to be upgraded in a significant way if they want a real shot at a cup in these next few years. find a top 4 d-man and do what it takes. i'm sure there are only a few untouchables on the roster.

the only game that tells me is available to watch is the sabres game and the screen has been frozen or jumpy for a good chunk of the time. makes me want to run out and order this.

it's a long ways away but if this continues like last season they will be 1 and done again no matter who they face in the playoffs. it's fine now but winning 1 goal games and barely scoring will wear down this team along with marty and when it really matters they will be gone in the 1st round. no matter how you try to say it, 9 goals in 6 games is brutal. the caps have 2 players who have the same amount of goals as the entire devils team. that's sad.

the tan seats are the $30. so it's sections 227, 214 and i don't know the 2 others off hand. i will say that if those plans are available in the tan sections with a discount i will be pissed. since they gave no discount for the weekend plan they better not give a discount to anybody but season tix holders. those plans don't show up when i log into my account. just the usual ones do.

lou either will not or can't embrace technology, that's a big part of the problem. devilstv would be a great thing to have but they won't do anything with it. lou is running the show for the most part, he pulls the strings and it's sad that he doesn't get it.

maybe if they didn't charge regular season prices for pre season games more people would show up. i doubt there is a rule from the nhl saying you have to charge regular prices. i think it's pretty obvious to everyone that they don't really care about the fans. they do as little as possible and in this day and age if you want people to spend there hard earned money you have to do more then the bare minimum.

if they were smart they will discount for partial plan holders as well for the upper level since they raised the prices. if not then i will request a move to the dark green or just get a much smaller package then the weekend plan.

if any do go up i bet it is the $10, $20, $25 and $35 tickets. theres are the ones that sold quite often and were not that easy to get esp. as the season went on. most of the upper deck was filled for most of the games. demand says those are the seats the can be raised. i hope they don't as my weekend plan is in the $25 and i want it to stay there.

if they can get redden and not over pay by a ton i think it would be a good signing. he's been average the last year or two but i think if you take him out of ottawa and put him here it would make a world of a difference. i'm all for redden.
