rbdf Posted October 3, 2005 Share Posted October 3, 2005 I stopped getting names on them - i jinxed player contract negotiations - lemiux, mogilny, gilmore, morrison, dowd, sykora and johnny mac all hung in my closet at one time or another. at least I got a second use out of lemiuex and will with mogilny now too - although I'm warry about bringing it out for fear that he'll then get traded. I think I'd like it better if: 1) the Thomson logo wasn't there, 2) the Devils logo didn't spell out "Devils" (the face on the jersey is quite obviously a Devil). I'd also bring up the Devil's face a few inches from where it is now and make it 15% bigger or so, and change the face's expression so it wouldn't look like a Devil trying to take a dump. 3) swap the red and black so the stripes are red and the primary color of the jersey is black. Wish list: '92 Finals Mario Lemieux, black with all the patches (four!) L-Rob Habs, red 80s Gretzky All Star (anything brownish and heinous) John Madden Michigan NHL 2000/2000 Finals patches for the Stevens jersey would be nice, too.
