I found the chant after every power play goal rather amusing especially since we weren't playing the rangers. If someone could please post the words to this chant that would be awesome. They scored two goals on the pp that night and after each goal a whole bunch of people were chanting "Its a power play goal. F*CK YOU SAM ROSEN!!!" I sat a couple rows away from them about 3 years ago during a Flyers game. It was alot of fun. Anyone in a Flyers jersey got absolutely torn apart. During one part of the game the Flyers scored and all the Flyer losers we're standing up and taunting everyone, after the Devils fans harassed them back a little bit and the crowd quieted down, this guy stands up and screams, "why is being a jock strap better than than being a Flyer...because a jock strap gets to hold a cup"...it was great. Noon30 Posted April 11, 2006 Share Posted April 11, 2006 I have been to a number of Devils games some Devil vs. Ranger games and other ones that had nothing to do with the Rangers and the first time i heard this whistle and then chant from the crowd,"Rangers Suck!" I was blown away, first off for us facing I beleive it was the Islanders and we were wrecking them 5-0 and second for the reason that the rivalry between Rags and Devs had this much passion and pride to say the Rangers Suck when they weren't even there. I love that chant and do it at every game i go to, I listen off in the distance for the whistle and Scream Rangers Suck no matter what team was in our House!
