an other thing... if i would be in his position and that i'd have to choose between NJ and LA... there's 4 main things that i'd take in consideration 1- i'd think... ok i know how things were in NJ... the organization and everything... but to decide to go elsewhere... live there... for the next 5-6 next years of my life... it's a total swing in the dark really and finally the first time in his career when he can actually choose what he wants 2- a new coach in NJ... could mean less lines juggling tho but still. New system and all and im not really sure he appreciate the defensive system... im getting frustrated watching it... so i cant imagine being part of it lol 3- then the team situation... who is he gonna be playing with... playing left to Arnott or Kopitar... what would you prefer really? then Marty is retiring soon too... the kings got a really good young goaly... 4- the city... there im not sure i heard many different rumors about him liking NJ then his wife liking LA and stuff like that so im not sure whats right and whats not... anyways... i really think we still have a shot at signing him... i mean... what would be SOOOO tempting for him to sign in LA? its not as if they have a packed team like chicago or anything... they did well this year but who knows whats coming really? with NJ youre pretty sure whats ur getting every year

i agree with maybe getting a dman but the defence were not the problem in the playoffs... we couldnt put the damn puck in the net... the scary thing is... who could we have got better than Kovalchuk for that? and it still didnt worked lol

the problem is definitely not our goaly or the dmen... bunch of teams got scored on 3-4-5 times a game and still won... CAUSE THEY CAN PUT THE PUCK IN THE NET.... the problem our system... lemaire just cant adjust to the Flyers... our system is basicly... 1- we're not gonna make any error at the defence or make the first move... we wait and block 2- we're gonna wait and use their errors to try to score thats what killing us so bad... The flyers are GO GO GO... they are always going for the puck hard on every chances... and they are keeping the pressure hard on us... then us... we back up back up and wait for an error and even if there's an error we cant convert cause our attack is based on... "you attack in a way that if there's a turnover you can come back to help the defence" so what we're seeing... if we have the puck in their zone... and the puck is about to be cleared at the blue line... you'll never see the Devils D go and try to keep the puck alive even if he could get there before the other guy... he's gonna backup and backup and wait... so they endup in our zone again... and thats when they can get pucks to the net and get rebounds or screen marty and all... and when were attacking... were gonna take shots right when were getting in the zone or from spots that has no chance to get in... cause they always have to keep a "backcheck plan" on any of their moves... i remember watching games last year with my buddy and i was saying... oh man isnt it beautiful to see them go (parise lang zajac) whenever that line was on the ice they were having the puck in the offensive zone the whole time and they were grinding like crazy and creating chances back and forth.... i seriously dont think i saw that intensity once this year... instead im seeing Parise crossing the blue line and taking a shot right away... really sick of all that defensive mentality after all those years...

just to add something... do they actually really watch "a tape" lol i mean with all the technology now hahahaha it should be numeric

what is pissing me off the most is that... i know that Brodeur is playing really well lately... but those damn flyers are always scoring those sh!tty lucky goals that the goaltender can't do anything about it... hit 3-4 skates/faces/knees/pads...etc then go in... lol there's nothing to do really against that... and the big problem is that the devils for some reason if they have the lead to stay put in their zone and thats when sh!tty goals like that happen... and also we all know how good we are clear the puck out off the zone when we have to (big sarcasm here...)it cost us the series last year and against philly its gonna be even worst if we stay in our zone... so let's pray that they get lots of penalties and that we can keep the puck away from our zone

God... this was such a weird game... i wanted my country to win... but i was kinda bummed that Brodeur was sitting... then i had to go against Parise & Langenbrunner... can't believe how many hate messages i got on my phone and on my facebook when Parise scored lol Oh well we got the goal like we were supposed to POW!!!!!!!!
