...What makes you say this? He's been one of the bright points in my opinion.
I was hoping someone would start a thread like this because I've been thinking about what the lines could look like for a while. That being said, why does it seem like every season we have a "When Everyone is Healthy..." thread?
Anyway... Let's give this a shot:
Parise - Zajac - Zubrus
Elias - Arnott - Tedenby
Kovalchuk - Josefson - Langenbrunner
Pelley - Mair - Clarkson
Greene - Volchenkov
White - Tallinder
Taormina - Salmela
Brodeur
Hedberg
(McKenna)
MOVED: Rolston, maybe Clarkson
RETIRE: Salvador (I don't think he'll be able to play again.)

Before anyone flips about Kovalchuk playing on the "third" line... I just want to say I don't believe in line hierarchy anymore. In the new game, you need to be able to roll 4 solid, comprehensive lines. He'd be a good fit with Josefson as he is always talking about how good the kid is, and Langenbrunner is a perfect compliment because he's probably the only one who won't try to feed Kovy every chance he gets. He'll keep him honest.
