Jeez, I think this is the sixth time tonight we've seen a shot of Ray Bourque and heard about his son's "untimely injury"...ERRRR!

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Well, at least it's not a couple of Ducks fans.

EDIT: Beautiful shot by Suter. May the onslaught continue!

Good day, i got to play hockey...got kinda owned...but thats besides the point

Schremp scored. Suter got 3 points, kessel got a hat trick, czechs own up and olesz scores...mighty nice day for hockeyl

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Once again Vrana creates the play but doesn't get an assist. Vrana tied up the man with the puck along the boardsso Olesz could take it walk in and score a goal Rask should have gotten.

Olesz scored nuff said. Your making it seem like everysingle one of olesz's goals are coming from vrana? How bout his goals and overall play against the U.S. you certainlly weren't too vocal about that? But i'm sure you'll come back with something about how vrana is much better and olesz is a soft pansy right?

Just to update, this game is all but over barring a Czech miracle:

3-0 Canada. Dawes netted a PP goal and Bergeron scored. They have outshot the Czechs by a wide margin. Can either Russia or USA challenge them?

At least olesz scored? :noclue:

It seems like schwarz didn't play bad so thats good....

Very suprising that canada went 1 for 9, that either tells you a lot about schwarz or just a lot about the penalty killing or both... I'm hoping for both, because i'm sure they gave olesz plenty of PK time. Of course i'm sure jason will come in and explain how olesz's goal was all because of vrana again

Anyways, good job canada.

Just a warning. I'm not sure this game is going to be on because they're airing poker. They're such idiots. But according to espn.com, they are supposed to air it. So keep your fingers crossed.

I also noticed they moved the Sunday Night Giant game to ABC. I wonder what's being shown on ESPN. In any event, be prepared just in case.

Well apparently the game wasn't moved to ABC, just duplicated. So just so I'm sure I'm not in an alternate universe, ESPN preempted a semifinal between the USA and RUSSIA to show an NFL game on TWO channels pitting a Giants team who's lost 8 million games in a row against a Cowboy team that's at nine losses going on ten?
