Devs4LIFE
per TG I'm not sure I like that, I feel like that line of Rolston-Elias-Zharkov has been our best line as of late also Rolston and Elias are playing great together. Also this means that Zubrus won't be taking Niedermayers spot on the third line which is what I would have wanted.
Neutral Zone Trap
Elias-Zubrus-Rolston. Sounds good to me, gets Patty back where he belongs, left wing.
funetiklee
That line would surely miss sharkys speed but I'm all for moving elias back to wing (take a look at his face off numbers this year and for his career).
Jimmy Leeds
Crap.....I forgot Zubrus was even on the team. Wishful thinking.
Devs4LIFE
Elias-Zubrus-Rolston. Sounds good to me, gets Patty back where he belongs, left wing. Yeah but that puts Rolston at RW where he isn't as comfortable playing and Zubrus too slow for his wingers.
LucifersDog
While I realize that Elias is better on wing than center I also have been enjoying not having to watch Zubrus drag behind the plays.
ludvig29
It's funny...when our three injured players return, it's going to be like Lou suddenly traded for a first pairing defenseman, a second/third line centre and a winger who can crash the net - all without giving up anyone on the active roster! Jerrydevil
Man, I'd like Elias to remain the center, at least until he and Rolston go cold. But it's hard to question Lemaire, on the other hand.
MantaRay
Crap.....I forgot Zubrus was even on the team. Wishful thinking. +1 I was wondering how are team was scoring these past few weeks. I forgot that the still Zubrus was still here.
Triumph
i sure hope not. even though elias is terrible at faceoffs and that surely hurts the team, i don't see how you can break up rolston and elias for any length of time. if/when healthy, the lines seem like they will be something like this: parise-zajac-bergfors rolston-zubrus-elias pandolfo-niedermayer-langenbrunner pelley-mcammond-clarkson surely everyone is seeing the same problem i am, and i don't see how that lineup is better than something like: parise-zajac-bergfors rolston-elias-clarkson pandolfo-zubrus-langenbrunner pelley-mcammond-niedermayer so now i'm going to be rooting against floaty mcfloat, whose goal last night was a result of snapping out of his daze for a second to find the puck right there.
