Jason, there are some more pix at the site -- that's the first link. Some Aris, Clemmy, smaller-than-G Kariya.

Here are two more faves:

Elias hooking Marshall (apparently he was doing this all the way up the ice)

Brylin-Gomez near Marty:

DM, if ya don't mind I may do that (I have the space here but my bandwidth is questionable at best till DSL is in).. I just know I take a LOT of pics and I can go through free web space in minutes with my mpegs :D

Jay: for some hetero-based reason I saw that pic and thought of you

as for Ari.. not really.. the one who plays the puck a LOT is Clemmensen !!

Well Sheeps time to add to this thread some more then :D

It was an exciting summer for Jason Arnott, who got married during the offseason. He and his new wife, Dina, exchanged vows on a perfect, 85-degree day in Toronto. So how is married life different for Arnott? "It's about the same," he said. "We've been together for a while, and the last couple of years we've been more serious. Now I guess we're really serious."

It's sad when your team's off-season highlights include Arnie's marriage... *cough cough BEARD cough cough*

dude the fighters gotta get in mid-season form too !!!!

This was at least a normal hockey fight that was no hamr felt.. I've seen it

too when they've had 'fight fights' when it's NOT in the context of getting the

goons in hockey fighting shape !!

When Don Cherry coached in Boston, his optional practices were just that - very optional. He'd just throw some pucks on the ice and saw what happened. Well, it got to the point where players would start wrestling each other, for fun. No punches, but they were definitely fighting. It went from two or three people showing up at practice to the whole team, back-ups and all.

Well, one day, the Bruins held their optional practice immediately after Montreal's required practice at the old Forum. So lo and behold, in front of all of Montreal's press, there came the Bruins, 20-some guys including both goalies, right onto the ice and right into fights.

The Montreal press didn't know what to do with it. The headline ended up being "Boston Has Fun."

Sorry, you guys reminded me of that when I heard there was a fight in practice.
