I can see where you're coming from, however, now that we've gotten rid of the goose egg, and if we win game 4 ( which will be tough) will you be more optimistic about our chances coming back to NJ at 2-2 ? If the Devils can tie the series at 2 then the Devils go into Game 5 at home with a two game winning streak against the Rags. I would be much more optimistic. I just don't see it happening, though. Brodeur and the core veteran leaders on the team are gonna kick their game up and fight tooth and nail in this blood feud with the blue skirts... i also have to believe that gionta and is going to start burying some goals. wednesday is going to be intense. It was just never gonna happen. Game 4 was such a tease, too. I was predicting that the series would be 3-0 before NJ won one, so at that point there was no pressure. Having the game be ONE SHOT from tied then ripped away was absolute HELL (pun intended). I say we should NOT take the honorable road here, we need to turn Game 5 into a street fight. It's gotta hit a level of at least the Michael Jackson "Beat It" video. Sure there was dancing and singing in there, but at least they dressed cool and pulled knives on one another.
