I think they stick with two A's the rest of this season, perhaps give a 3rd A for the hell ofit to a d-man. Probably Whitey. This team isn't performing well at all obviously, why tag someone as the captain of this crap. Elias is the obvious one who would deserve the C if they felt a Captain was needed today. Long term plan is for Parise to be the Captain. Don't F with Elias giving him the C just to take it away from him before next season begins. - Hopefully the captaincy means something to Parise and it's a nice perk to re-signing.

When a player asks for and gets a NMC, I think it is pretty well understood that it is mutual between player and franchise that the player is here to stay.

It is pretty ridiculous to run out of pucks for a charity event. What's the harm in having these players signs dozens upon dozens of pucks each?

I don't see JMac getting canned right away. I think Lou gives him another 10 to 15 games, perhaps till Thanksgiving time.. Definitely the west coast trip coming this week could be deciding factor in Mac's chances of staying though. Parise, Elias, Zajac, Arnott, Kovalchuk, Zubrus <<--- can't let this talent go to waste
