I see no trades coming -- lou never deals from weakness ..and quite frankly.. what would change? please let this season take its course.. suck it up and reboot next year.

i dont believe almost everyone was onboard with the jmac hiring but having said that.. not even the most hallowed coach could right this ship now, unless he laced them up, made the sucky players instantly better, made the hurt players instantly healthy and made the good players play good.

I dont think kovy was brought here for either his leadership or his team concept beliefs .. lets all be honest, he was brought here to score and to put fannies in the seats... I cant believe lou was so wrong on his assessment regarding those qualities, and therefore I have to think he knew the character of the player he was signing for 15 years .. i.e. he knew what he was getting.

I feel bad for howie - hes been the poster boy for isles hockey for many years -- and for him to be so frustrated after so many years of horrid hockey .. it has to be pretty bad (of course you can add the mets to the equation and its a wonder he hasnt jumped into the LIE)

I stand by my wrong coach - - wrong time I wanted to give the org a chance at stability and wanted jm to succeed, but we've seen how he is over his head handling the injuries, strategy, cap issues and personalities, shame on lou for allowing 'on the job training' while the team goes to sh!t This season is lost no matter how you slice it, we mind as well cut bait and get an expirenced Coach that can convey his message across the generations. I think that the players are pretty close to shutting jm out anyways and when that happens... no one will save him. I dont want lou to take the easy way out again and hire WITHIN anymore -- please we need a fresh perspective already.
