Elias Sports Bureau
You mean like those inflatable punching bags shaped like bowling pins? Yeah, that's definitely the principle. The actual weeble is a small, solid toy. Just like Smalla.
Elias Sports Bureau
So far we have a whole $11 in the Gionta fund (or $12 if wcdf is still in -- cause it wasn't official). Come on guys, who wants to buy a goal for a good cause??!!!!
Beck27
At this point, I'd be willing to buy any Devil a goal. However, if it were that easy I'm sure Eisner would have seen to it that the series be over by now. Gionta does deserve one. He's working hard and getting the chances...just getting no luck from that point. I read alot of posters ripping Gionta for always putting the puck into the goalies chest. Well, at least he's getting it on net. If some of the big guns were hitting the net a little more often, more pucks would be going in. In a fair world, Gionta would net a couple before the series is over. I just hope the hockey gods agree, since they seem to be pretty angry with the Devs at the moment. Elias Sports Bureau
Well here we're just lightly pushing karma in Gionta's favor. No ripping going on here. We're all positive and seeking the greater good.
sheeps
I'll chip in money when Gionta scores. Do we have to double it if he scores twice? Lol! He's gotta start connecting soon...
NJDevs4978
I'd rather pool our money to get Michelin Man's armor/pads shortened THAT might buy Gionta a goal
Risky
I've got a fiver that says he won't score. I've got twenty that says he won't get the GWG. If either happens, I'll be happy to donate.
rbdf
we should pool our money to buy him another two to four inches of height and twenty to forty pounds of weight so he wouldn't get thrown around the ice like that power ranger punching bag out there. Pepperkorn
Hey cut me some slack I can't let you extoll the merit of Merritts! maybe some kid who never smoked took a zillion puffs while driving and got light headed and ... The danger from smoking may not be as immediate as drunk driving but it's equally as lethal and yes I will say second hand smoke kills. If people can win millions of dollars because they claim they were too stupid to figure out smoking kills you then non-smokers can get as sanctimonious as they please I say!] WTF...I've walked in on the middle of an editting frenzy! As if my posts aren't fvcked up enough today I need this? I'm calling it a night! Night everyone!
David Puddy
Look at some statistics and you will see that cigarette-related deaths outnumber alcohol-related deaths by about a factor of four.
StarDew
PK...I don't smoke...ban smokes then ban alcohol...simple. Pudster...you show me where smoking caused deaths while driving which is what I said...don't take stuff out of context unless you plan on working for the NY Post.
