CRASHER
that's about as legit as the fake rumor I posted about Terreri replacing Sutter as Devils coach (though one person did believe me ) No rush Jamie, but half a Langs >>> twice a noGoalik! SatansDevils
If this is true, it is really good news for the Devils. just win Game 6 and wrap up the damn series. Do not want a Game 7. Langenbrunner has had almost 10-days of rest to get better and heal and hope he is ready to comeback for Game 6 tomorrow night.
Elias FTW
I only hope he comes back if he is only 100%. Obviously a healthy Langs boosts our chances but I dont want his injury to get worse. We have proven we can beat the Canes without him so I dont think its 100% necessary this happens. Unless he is totally healthy that is
Scoopscj
The Devils need to put this game away. Game 6 a must win, strictly for my mental and physical health. I was at the Rock for game 5 and I simply was on edge the entire game. I have tickets for game 7 if necessary and I don't think I can take that kind of stress again. God help me this is only the first playoff round. Scoops
MadDog2020
Great news. I want this thing over. Snuff these bastards out in front of their fans.
Cowutopia
I hope he's 100% also but let's be honest about two things: 1) He almost definitely won't be. 2) He's still better than Rolston on that line.
Devils Pride 26
Nice. Here's an idea for doing lines. Parise Zajac Rolston Gionta Elias Langs Pandolfo Madden Shanny Zubrus Rupp Clarkson More balanced. You'll get the best out of Elias. Or you just stick which what was working. Shaking up the lines like that after a win and when you're trying to close out a series isn't a great idea.. Rolston also slowed down the line of Parise and Zajac. He looked lost out there and Langenbrunner needs to be the right wing for that line to get it back to being productive again. RSC
For the love of God people I also said, "Or you just stick which what was working." Pffft. Details. Anyway, as long as Holik is watching the game from the press box, I'll be happy.
Triumph
Ew, but I don't really think Rolston's so bad he needs to play 4th line... I'd rather see Zubrus on the 4th with Rollie gio and patty... rolston cannot play center - staal will absolutely eat him up.
Devils Pride 26
Can we put Elias at center? And would we have that line out there against staal? We can't control that for game 6. Being in Carolina and all.
DEV1LDR1VER
It seems when Langs does score it is a big goal (I know they all are). Hopefully he could be the difference. Plus the 4th line has been looking good. Maybe with Rolston back there DC gets #3!
Devils Pride 26
I know it wasn't up to us, maybe I should have said it differently... has the Staal line regularly been playing against our 2nd line? No, but maybe they try to exploit that line when they get their chances.
