devilsrule33
We are 4 picks in and I have not heard the word "Monster" from Pierre yet, maybe it will be a good night. How can anybody who hasn't hit puberty be considered a monster? These kids are making me feel so damn old.
Sarge18
I'm shocked Fowler fell from 3rd. Im not. There have been lots of questions about Fowler's game outside of the offensive side. Scouting reports go both ways on him beyond his offensive game. It depends on what kind of defenseman the team wanted. With the Panthers taking Kulikov they didnt really have a need for a guy like Fowler, but they do need guys who can be more of shutdown types, which Gudbranson fits. Is that E from entourage on the stage? WTF wang.

He was talked about as good as anyone in the draft before this year. Funny how all the experts got it wrong thinking the Bolts had to go for d. Someone who didnt think they would get a defender may step into a big surprise right now.

Sarge18
someone's got to jump up and get fowler or gormley. I wouldnt be shocked to see them both gone in the next two picks. Both Atlanta and Minnesota need d in the pipeline badly.

Devs3cups
I have a feeling that Pickard will be available for us. And remember that five years ago we drafted frazee 38th overall too... Edited June 26, 2010 by Devs3cups
Sarge18
and sather will look like a genius. I know you generally don't draft bpa, but the Rangers need forwards more than they need defensemen. Well i'm glad both the Thrashers and Wild made me look silly.
thelastonealive
I wonder how far Gormley or Fowler have to fall before Lou & co seriously consider trying to trade back into the first round.

Again, the Devils have nothing to trade for a pick that high.
CADevilsFan
Um, Hockeybuzzbarry said this on his twitter (no idea who it is so take it for what's worth) Lombardi and Lamoriello have both been on the phone the past 5 minutes - with each other? Who knows. edit: Says he's a Kings Blogger Edited June 26, 2010 by CADevilsFan
