Not like he deserved much of an opportunity but we'll know for sure. Exactly right. I understand teams need role player type guys, and at some point you need good players to elevate so-so players. JJ is definitely so-so. nessus Posted August 8, 2015 Share Posted August 8, 2015 I've always been a fan of him, and feel like he still can develop into a good player. I do understand both sides of the argument that we often have here. On one hand, it is hard to expect someone to produce when he's spending so much time on the 4th line with weak linemates. On the other, there comes a time where you have to prove you can be an offensive force, which has still not happened.
