LucifersDog
Gionta looks fast because he's so small. Kinda like the hair and the tuttle. He's the tuttle. Sestito, Janssen amd Gointa are in a class by themselves, none belong in the NHL, how pathetic.
Vic Rattlehead18
Gionta looks fast because he's so small. Your Gio hate is crazy. Saying he looks fast because he is small is just proving he is fast. being small means short legs means shorter strides. look at st Louis. Lots of leg power and speed. SterioDesign
it's when you watch other games that you realize how fast pace it is compared to Devils hockey, sometimes it depends on who we're playing but most of the time its a really slow game plus the guys are slowing down the play on purpose. The Leafs are not a great team but god do they ever have some good rush players who can often score off the rush. I don't think we have a single player able to do it
Colorado Rockies 1976
2 regulation wins in the Leafs' last 18 GP. 6-9-3 in those 18. Still giving up a boatload of shots too (opponents have reached 50 in 3 out of their last 10 games against the Leafs). Luck is running out for that team quickly. And eventhough we'd point out that they were getting wins but we're not playing well at all, getting outplayed/outshot/outchance every single games and pulling wins out of their asses, that their luck would run out at some point and would crash and burn like they always do. Of course fans would go de denial way and "a win is a win" but its awesome to see them crash finally
