I sort of have a greater appreciation for them. Especially, since many of the 3rd Jersey's of other teams just suck soooo bad. Current favorites: Devils (of course) Wild home/away Sharks home/away Hurricanes Honorable mentions: Buffalo jersey design, but not the logo. Thrashers home/away if they ditched the "T" logo on the dark jersey Current dislikes: Ducks (all) Bruins third Dallas third Islanders third Capitals Dishonorable mention: Hawks third (I just don't see the point of having a third jersey that's exactly the same as the white jersey except for the colors) Historical favorites: Whalers modern Leafs 70s-early 90s Nordiques Bruins Orr-era (the ones they wore this year) Historical dislikes: Anaheim flying duck third Islanders fisherman (even when they put the original logo on it) Lightning "storm" third Capitals original jerseys Most of the older jerseys have their place as retro kitsch, so I can't really dislike them. My rule of thumb is that the logo should speak for itself - and you shouldn't need "words" to tell someone where the team is from. The more complex and I'm out - better reserved for soccer/CFL football. my favorites (current) Devils - can't go wrong with red, black, white and the simple but very well-thought logo Leafs - blue and white - very clean. I do like the old-style "leafs" logo Wings - again, red and white - very clean look, very clean logo my least favorites (current) ducks - terrible colors, terrible logo TB - ok colors - but a very child-like logo...........come on - and lightning bolt and the words tampa bay......... Columbus - some sort of "bee" but based on the revolutionary war..........I don't get it.
