Bringing in new management at least would show that there's a willingness to change things. It's not a guaranteed thing either but this team needs to head a different direction. It's going to take time. Time? I know you disagree but this team is better than this. If they're indeed not, then play the young kids. Why watch the same sh!t play over and over again?
