I think it's one of the dumbest things ever to have the second round start before the first is fully over, even if they're in different conferences. Totally defeats the idea of rewarding one team who sweeps another with rest and days off, while the others who go deep for 6 or 7 games must battle on.

He played for them in 1987-88...total of five games (his NHL career). He can say that he not only played in the NHL, but scored a goal and notched an assist. That's pretty cool...lots of NHL hopefuls who can't say the same.
