And now thinking about it we really don't score many rebound goals. Gibbons played so far over his head compared to anything else he's done in his pro career, he's never had a season with more than 5 goals in the NHL. He's 30 years old, he's a piece that can easily be upgraded in the off season along with a good number of others. He like Butcher were great feel good stories early on but I'm not sure it's fair to expect much if anything from him when he returns after a long layoff.
