Forget the compiled win total, mostly due to Buffalo taking forever to fire him…he was never getting another HC gig if Fitz hadn’t come knocking. And he won’t get another one after this one ends. Maybe he lands another assistant gig somewhere, but yeah, his deficiencies when it comes to coaching defense have been discussed in various places.
