2015 Stanley Cup Playoffs thread

I hope that is extra bad juju for the Rags.  I remember back at game 6 in 2001 the Devils had limo's outside and champagne at the ready at CAA in anticipation of their win that night.  They lost that game 4-0 and lost game 7 in Colorado 3-1.

I'd like to take this moment to reiterate my appreciation of the Tampa Bay Lightning for defeating the Rangers

"When Valiquette made his playing debut in 2000, he was the tallest goaltender to ever play a game in the NHL at 6-foot-6. Ben Bishop, standing 6-foot-7, has since surpassed Valiquette as the tallest

I don't think Washington choked. I really don't. Even up 3-1, I thought the Rangers had a better chance to win the series. I don't think it's a choke losing to the President's trophy winners.

That was one of the worst nights ever (relative to sports of course). I had the cigars, cooler, second round of food to barbecue. With all of the guys like Sykora and Mogilny who were previously cold stepping up in the game 5 blowout, it never occurred to me that they wouldn't win the cup that night. The first few minutes just made it look even more inevitable and then the Foote shot happened.

Anyway, back on subject, I hope the nightmare ends tonight with Callahan or Stralhman scoring the winner. Go Bolts!

Ugh... bad memories! Was on my honeymoon in AZ and we we're representing wearing our jerseys in Sedona.

That one a$$hole Rags fan who continues to stand in the first row banging on the boards is annoying the sh!t out of me... he probably bought that Jersey tonight and has no fvcking idea who any of the Rags players are.

You can tell Tampa has no confidence in Bishop.

Every time the Rags get a shot they all collapse in on him to attempt to clear the rebound that Bishop will inevitably not control.

It's dangerous, and if the Rags can adapt and take advantage of it..
